A dry question.
This animal derives its name from a Sanskrit word literally meaning "variegated body". It was a favourite pet of many rulers of yesteryears, who used it for hunting wild games. Identify the animal.

Answer: It is Cheetah indeed! The animal got its name due to the spots on its body. Unfortunately, due to unchecked hunting and poaching, this beautiful animal is on the endangered list now.

    1. Bingo! Cheetah got its name from Sanskrit which meant the "spotted body". Unfortunately, centuries of unchecked hunting has made this animal almost extinct!
